gm | capital, based in Barcelona, is a family owned investment company dedicated to driving growth and success for businesses in niche and non-correlated assets. We aim to identify and invest in assets ahead of institutional and private equity funds with the goal of generating outsized returns due to the lack of competition. We can do this either independently or in partnership with other investors.
We have sufficient in-house capabilities to manage the entire investment lifecycle comprehensively. We have an internal team capable of conducting screening and evaluation of opportunities, managing and formalizing investments (negotiation, shareholder agreements, contracts, due diligence, etc.), and monitoring and controlling them until potential divestment if necessary.
